Delicias Pupuseria | Our Story
The true taste of El Salvador, made daily
There's a kind of cooking that can't be faked — the kind that lives in memory, in family kitchens, in hands that learned before anything was ever written down. That's what Delicias Pupuseria brings to Oregon every single day.
Señora Eloisa's kitchen
Eloisa isn't a distant owner — she's in the kitchen, she knows your order, and she welcomes you like you've been coming for years. Guests who've met her say she's as much a reason to return as the food itself.
Recipes passed by hand, not paper
The pupusas are pressed to order, the tamales are tender, and the plantain empanadas have turned first-timers into regulars. No shortcuts — just real ingredients and recipes that have traveled a long way to get here.
From one spot to two
What started as a single location grew because the community kept showing up — and kept bringing friends. Today there's a sit-down restaurant in Aloha and a bright red food truck serving the Beaverton area, both running on the same family recipes.
Come find us
Whether you pull up a chair in Aloha or grab a plate at the truck, the welcome is the same — warm, unhurried, and genuine. This food was made for you, and we're glad you found us.
